the project

Inclusion.team – a project created by a team of human rights activists, successful managers in the business environment with the aim of transferring successful practices for the construction of inclusive teams from US corporations into Ukrainian business.

Inclusion is a special policy of a company that aims to create an environment allowing individual’s contribution and performannce to full potential no matter background, identety or circumstances.

In recent years, a number of studies have been conducted on how inclusive policies (policies of diversity) are influenced by both business and climate of the team.
